Before you write
Yes — worldwide, tracked and insured, at no charge. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay; we do not add anything on arrival.
Choose the piece, then book a fitting or send your measurements. We cut your garment within the current run, allow two to three weeks, and include up to two fittings (in person or by video) in the price.
Often, yes. Evening appointments after 6pm are available on Thursdays and Fridays. Mention the time you need in your message and we will confirm by email.
Fourteen days from delivery on ready-to-wear, unworn and with the sequence tag attached. Made-to-order and altered pieces are final sale — which is why we fit them properly first.
